1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website may store on your device. Similar technologies (local storage, sessionStorage, pixels) are treated equivalently in this policy where relevant.
2. Public website
On the public Caiman Interactive website we do not set analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies that require prior consent.
Fonts are self-hosted on our domain, avoiding Google Fonts requests.
The browser may use temporary storage (e.g. sessionStorage) for the chat assistant or UI. It is not used for advertising.
3. Strictly necessary cookies (client area)
In the client area (/client/) we use session and other technical cookies required to keep you signed in, secure the service and store basic preferences (language/theme).
These are exempt from prior consent under Article 22.2 LSSI-CE and AEPD cookie guidance because they are necessary for the service you request.
4. Third parties on forms and payments
Submitting the contact form sends data to Formspree, which may set its own cookies on its domain.
Online payments via Stripe may use technical cookies needed for checkout.
5. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking technical client-area cookies may prevent login or essential features.
